During construction, Haven Oak Technology Park is expected to create more than 1,200 jobs over an estimated five-to-seven-year development period.

These jobs would include site preparation, utility installation, grading, stormwater work, building construction, electrical systems, HVAC and mechanical work, plumbing, security, logistics, and other skilled trades.

Once operational, the campus is expected to support more than 350 onsite positions, including facilities maintenance, grounds crews, security personnel, janitorial services, and technical and operations roles such as network engineering, support, and computing-related positions.

These jobs are expected to be based at the site and generally command above-average wages. Industry research also indicates that each permanent data center job can support roughly six additional jobs indirectly in the surrounding community.

Independent tax analysis prepared by EY evaluates the long-term tax revenue potential of Haven Oak Technology Park under current real property, business personal property, and sales and use tax frameworks.

While final revenues will depend on actual buildout and equipment investment, the analysis indicates that a project of this scale could generate:

  Hundreds of millions of dollars in real property tax revenue from buildings and site improvements
• 
  Hundreds of millions of dollars in business personal property tax revenue as data center equipment is placed, refreshed, and replaced over time
• 
  Approximately $600 million in total local tax revenue over the first 15 years of operation under illustrative assumptions
• 
  Meaningful additional funding potential for County services, schools, utilities, and infrastructure

Compared with many alternative land uses, Haven Oak Technology Park is expected to produce comparatively high tax yield with relatively low long-term service demand.
