Project Overview
Haven Oak Technology Park is a proposed master-planned data center campus located at the intersection of White Oak Road and Claiborne Road. The project is designed to support a campus-scale data center development program with multiple buildings and phases over time.
At full buildout, the campus is planned to support up to 900 MW of gross load across multiple development areas, along with dedicated substations, internal circulation, utility infrastructure, stormwater facilities, parking, loading and service areas, and preserved open space.
The property is organized into two primary land bays:
- East Bay, located east of Claiborne Road
- West Bay, located west of Claiborne Road
The project is proposed at this location because the property is near high-voltage transmission infrastructure and the availability of water, sewer, and fiber service, while also offering convenient regional access to Route 1, Route 460, and Interstate 85.
Key Highlights:
- Approximately 986.9 acres
- Proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment to Employment Center
- Proposed rezoning to the Emerging Technologies (ET) District
